For our retail customers, we are shipping to you from one of our sales facilities in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen.  As we do mostly OEM, you may not know us.  To give you an peace of mind, we illustrate here the purchasing and delivery flow here

1. Warranty

All our products carry a six month warranty. If something goes wrong within this period, we will replace it free of charge.

2. Payment

For all small orders, you pay via PAYPAL. You can either pay directly via your paypal account, or use your credit card to pay us through paypal. This is for Buyer / Your Protection, as Paypal has one of the best Buyer Protection program and it protects buyers more than sellers. We do this because we want you to feel the ultimate guarantee of our product and service quality.

For large orders, we accept bank transfers, letter of credit and other payment methods, depending on order details.

3.  Shipping

Delivery takes anywhere from 4 to 10 working days to EU countries, North American, Australian and Asian countries. For other continents it may take one week longer. We usually ship the same day or the next day. Product is delivered to your door, therefore you don't need to clear the customs and there is no duty to pay. You will receive tracking number the 2nd day and you can track online.

4.  Shipping Charge:

We ship Express to all EU countries, North American, Australian and Asian countries FREE of charge.

If you are not in any of the above continents, some other countries may still qualify for free shipping. Please inquiry with us.
5. Return & Exchange

If you need to return or exchange a product, please do the following:

1. If it is damaged upon receipt, please take picture and notify us the damage within 5 business days. We will send replacement right away, at no cost to you. We will instruct how to return the item back to us, at no cost to you.

2. If the product is fine but it is NOT what you want, we will refund upon your sending the item back to us. In this case, you will bear the shipping cost.

Any return or exchange shall be arranged within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

6.  Working Hours

Our sales department is open 24/7, 365 days a year, . Your email inquiry will be answered within 24 hours the latest. Our sales staff will give you their MSN, Skype, phone number and other instant communication handles so that you can get most answers instantly.
